Profile

CBDS Consulting Group is a Senegalese holding with various subsidiaries operating industrial laundry and dry cleaning services, importing and exporting tyres and other spare parts for cars and trucks, selling and reselling used machinery and other equipment, and running related business activities. A new factory producing steel wire and cables is being established at present.

Through its regional branches, CBDS is also present in the neighbouring West African countries, such as Gambia, Guinea-Bissau, Guinea-Conakry, Mali and Mauretania. Moreover CBDS is also consulting with Senegalese and foreign businesses and institutions on the development of industrial and commercial projects. Its managers participate in several national and regional organisations (see network section).

The group's principal mission is to contribute to the strengthening of the economic tissue and of private enterprise in Senegal by introducing selected technologies into the West African market, and by producing, importing, and distributing selected product lines. The group deals mainly with sub-contractors and B2B channels. It employs a permanent staff of approx. 40 collaborators plus additional temporary workforce.
